1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry or scoping form through our website, we collect personal information necessary to assess your technical requirements and contact you. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project specifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely to respond to your inquiries, assess project eligibility, formulate technical specifications, and deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties.
3. US Data Transfers & Cross-Border Processing
FundyLogic utilizes secure third-party infrastructure elements (such as Google Workspace and specialized email routing services) to process and store communications. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions outside of Canada. These third parties conform to strict global security standards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable) to ensure the protection of your personal information during cross-border transfers.
4. Compliance with Provincial Laws (Including Quebec Law 25)
While we primarily operate in New Brunswick, we respect the privacy rights of all Canadian residents, including those in Quebec under Law 25. If you are a resident of Quebec, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, or request that your information be de-indexed or deleted from our systems. You may exercise these rights by contacting our designated Privacy Officer using the contact information provided below.
5. AI Chatbot Data Handling & Zero-Training Guarantee
When you interact with our AI assistant (LOGIC), your conversation is processed in real-time to provide immediate answers. We utilize Enterprise-grade infrastructure (Google Cloud Vertex AI) to handle these requests. Your conversation data is strictly siloed and is NEVER used to train Google's foundational AI models. Your privacy is paramount, and your inputs remain your property; they are not ingested into public language models.
6. Data Retention, Security & Destruction
We retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. For AI Chatbot interactions: Conversation logs are securely stored temporarily to provide session continuity and are automatically purged from our active databases on a rolling 30-day schedule. We do not permanently store or stockpile user conversations. If you wish to have your data or a specific conversation log deleted immediately, you may request its destruction by contacting our Privacy Officer, and we will anonymize or destroy the record in accordance with PIPEDA and Law 25 obligations.
